Adkins Frozen TV Dinner. 4 net carbs.

Chicken Margaretta - I think. Chicken, peppers, some kind of cheese, watery opaque gravy, maybe other stuff that I didn't recognize. Plus points for being ready after 2.5 minutes in the microwave. Seasoning was ok. I guess (overall) the meal was OK. Will we buy more of them? I don't know.

Tomorrow might be a pan seared porkchop and cabbage slaw day, which would be fine with me.

The wife’s working late. Opened the fridge and gave the microwave a work out. Leftover red beans and rice, leftover brisket, left over ribs and leftover slaw. I will say, even if microwaved, that rib was still kind of pretty when you got into it. Tomorrow’s my wife’s birthday. Picked her up a cake. :)

You and everyone else should try this. So simple to make and an easy meal for lunch, dinner, or kids snack. Takes 5 minutes to roll out dough, add ingredients, then 8-10 minutes to bake. Sometimes I brush with egg wash pre-baking to make it pretty, and when done brush with garlic butter parmesian.

Go back and look at the WFDT each day for the past month he has posted on if you want a good laugh. The WFDT thread is something I check each evening religiously and Mingo eats nothing but fast food and stuff that looks like you microwave it from the freezer.

To each their own, but this is coming from the guy who used to give other people crap for eating normal people food that had “complex carbs” like spaghetti and rice. Who knows though. He’s either trolling in the WFDT threads or everywhere else.

Edit: Looks good Darla.

I like it.

Not to steal your thunder, but back in our Boy Scout days, we'd teach them to stuff pita pockets with pepperoni and cheese, wrap them individually in foil the day before, and they would be ready to throw on the campfire when we first set up camp, as an easy first meal after traveling.

So simple. And it made meal prep fun for them.

He’s trolling bro. Don’t let him get to you - it’s the attention he craves.
