It’s high time I try one of these. Decent or good alternative to traditional pizza?

It was tasty. Sam’s sold it. Tattooed Chef brand. I added anchovies to one, Italian sausage to the other. Will do again.

Cook on a mesh rack to get a crisp crust but still hold it together.

I mixed together several recipes/links/Google searches and made ground pork with flat noodles (linguine because I had it). That is my bowl with less meat. Husbands bowl has way more meat.

Yes! You can’t really tell the difference anymore until you eat just the crust.

We’re boiling crawfish tonight. What a weird year?!

Jeez….you’ll need a hammer to crack those shells. Let us know how they turn out.

Brisket and a salad.

Posted this on a computer, evidently on its last few breaths of life. May disappear for a week. Ordered a new one today.

Popeyes 3 piece spicy dark. Got home and it wasn’t spicy. Never had their original and hopefully never will again.

Glad you like it.

Strangely enough, as much of a foodie and good cook as my wife is, as seen in these pics, she likes her steak well done.

When we go out to eat, I call the restaurant the day before and tell them to go ahead and put her steak on.
