Slow braising a slab of salmon in EVOO, with orange, lemon, basil, thyme, oregano, and garlic. And a copious amount of Cabernet. And roasted ear corn.

That is disappointing to hear. Their Steak Sensation salad (entree) is one of my favorite salads in town.
I went to Rouj on Thursday (with all industry people, to give background on how easygoing we are) and the server was so bad that we closed out after just sharing 1 app and a round of drinks. She wouldn't speak to us and just did the strangest things. Brought a white wine to the person who ordered a Red Stripe.
Went to Bin77, our usual Thurs spot, where the food and service were top notch.

Those things happen, but sensation salad is so simple. Just squirt some lemon juice and add a little garlic so it has flavor. But, like I said the entree's were very good. Service was okay.
