I was feeling lazy. Did a salad with onion, avo, rotini pasta, turkey, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Italian dressing.

Roast, mashed potatoes, corn and green beans. This is my second plate so the servings are a bit small

Thats considered a succotash, correct?

I stewed some okra and onion with canned tomatoes and added ‘browned sausage’ 3-4 months ago and it came out insanely good. Looked like what you have but just with diff meat.

Don't think so. Succotash should be corn & lima beans, sometimes with some additional vegs and sometimes meat.

If it is, no one ever told me.

Seriously, I thought succotash was lima beans corn and some other vegetable.

I just call it creole okra, but what do I know?

Leftover soup. Cannellini beans, spinach and ground pork. Also added a Parmesan rind to the pot. Not pretty, but tastes good.
