Tried a crawfish bisque and some jalapeño cornbread. Went with a dark roux instead of peanut butter color.

In my world it’s called a conception, it might not look great but chances are it tastes pretty decent.

Heaven Hill is the only American Whiskey manufacturer to win best in show at the Worlds Spirits Competition and they have done it twice. Henry McKenna and Parker’s Heritage.

If it is, no one ever told me.
well it needs a name.
Creole okra is fine, but its needs something cool like succotash!

But yeah i know its just creole stewed okra with protein, but to my friends out there, its a great low carb option.

Edit: We should add limas and corn to the dish we both have made. Then we can called it creole succotash. Theres no way thats bad.

I make this dish all the time and we really like it. Yes, it is low carb. Also full of flavor and as spicy as you want it to be. We have used chicken, pork and shrimp as the protein - usually whatever we have. I have actually posted a photo recipe on the dish here, maybe more than once.

The okra is not really stewed. It is dry fried (not breaded, but sautéed in a little oil.

For us, it is a good dish.
