We had boiled crawfish for lunch and I had a tray of them for supper. I’m sure a lot of you had crawfish, too.

Grilled swiss and tomato basil soup.
I wish I could get my hands on some crawfish :(

Went from fire in the hole, to a big hunk of meat, to some slices. Had baked beans, tater salad, green beans and rolls to go with it. :)

Marcos pizza tonight. You spring break beach chickens are kicking my butt and I didn’t want to cook.

Crab stuffed shrimp, which is 6 shrimp over a bed of crab imperial, right here in Maryland.
Absolutely delicious!
ETA: sorry for the link. Image doesn’t post.

Thanks for the help!
Boiled crabs are expensive here when in season, just like in Louisiana. $90 per dozen for large. $120 per dozen extra large! You can also buy per crab, but I’ll wait until we come home for crabs. Old Bay seasoning is king here, which is different but plenty okay by me.
Tonight, I figured it MUCH cheaper to get your crab fix by not going boiled, but with shrimp.
LA folk be advised: some Maryland restaurants source there crabs from the New Orleans area. Good for LA seafood business, but we pay more when we travel for our very own seafood abroad.
