Butchered a whole beef tenderloin today so we’re having fajitas with some of the trimmings.

Jealous of everything listed so far. No water today so probably craptastic microwave pizza on a paper plate. I don’t even want ice in a drink anymore.

Asian themed tonight too. Crispy pan seared Salmon, stir fried Bok Choy & veggie's over noodles, steamed and pan fried green beans topped with the leftover sauce from the Salmon.

Pinot Noir

They were much saltier than I prefer, but nice size for sure.

Got power back this morning so cranked up the crock pot. Cooked a big roast all day. Sliced thin and simmered in gravy. Image: https://i.imgur.com/Xtlq6LS.jpg

Do you care to share your recipe? That looks fantastic and I want to eat it.

Had a little of whatever. The last of the soup, which is almost a stew by now, basically fish sticks made with Manchac cats, breaded with no additional fats or calories (other than seasoned fish fry), baked in the oven and slaw. Will say, they’re the best fish sticks ever. :)

Italian Wedding Soup

The recipe is buried in there somewhere.

I used Italian sausage mixed with ground beef instead of the ground pork.

I laughed way to hard at this name.

Beef stroganoff and a glass of ice tea.
