I was going to cook, but my plans were derailed when I couldn't find lamb shanks/shoulder at the specialty meat market OR 3 other groceries. Meat market says they'll be back on Saturday, sooo until then: we clean out the fridge!
Earlier, I made a Pepper-jack quesadilla topped with sour cream, salsa and pickled jalapenos.
I just had a snack of home fries.
Will have a key lime pie yogurt later for a nightcap.
Perhaps some vodka waters in the interim.
