I smoked and seared a top sirloin roast with some roasted veggies for a pre-game snack and sandwiches for the next few days. Turned out pretty good!

It actually is nice. They have the Saints sound on because that’s all anyone is here for.
I usually to Bulldog on Sundays but it was so packed I had to get out of there.
