I made a red sauce all day. With veal/pork/beef meatballs, cheese stuffed ravioli, and pasta. Salad for appetizer. Cabernet.

Tried this out. It’s was perfectly adequate for a quick meal that was large enough to feed 8 plus. I used about two pounds of good smoked sausage and about the same amount of Costco pulled rotisserie chicken. Needed very little in the way of extra seasoning.

Spinach and mushroom enchiladas with pepper jack and a sour cream sauce. I put leftover rotisserie chicken in half of them. Side of black beans.

This is my first time making enchiladas and I hated it and they are dead to me. They better at least taste good.

So many vodka waters to erase the memories of corn tortillas.

Homemade French dip sandwiches on Leidenheimer French rolls with homemade fries. Forgot to take a pic but they were delicious.

You used that fancy, imported toast. Nice.
