Last night in our GA mountain cabin, so we're cleaning out the fridge.
I had leftover fried catfish and okra, then part of a grilled ribeye, then washed down with various boudins from Billy's, courtesy of my in-laws who drove from LA. They brought us smoked,seafood and pepper jack balls.
Red wine now, vodka waters later.

I seasoned and stuffed a little roast with garlic earlier today and put it to braise on the stovetop for a few hours. Dinner was roast, rice & gravy, baby lima beans with bacon and baked sweet potatoes.

Some lemon and dill cod, but my husband made some red beans and rice and it looks better than this fish.

Tacos made with the meat pull off leftover spareribs with cilantro, lime, jalapeno cole slaw
Sweet potatoes - cubed and glazed in the pan with orange juice, lime juice, butter and brown sugar. Seasoned with chili powder, cinnamon, cumin.
