Not going to cook for another couple hours, but I got a ton of Jerry Lee boudin today so I’m going to stuff some chicken breasts with it and shredded pepper jack. Bread in breadcrumbs. Bake. Will drizzle the finished product in pepper jelly.

Smoked a couple pork bellies, decided to do a smoked rendition of gua bao (pork belly steam buns). Turned out good.
