Grilling pork loin, chicken breasts and hamburgers. Will add sliced yellow squash and roast some broccoli, too.

Friend,
Leftover Caesar salad from Impastato's which Uncle picked up last night. Marvelous! There are only two Caesar salads in New Orleans I have enjoyed more: Restaurant de la Tour Eiffel and Sal and Sam's, which was torn down and replaced by a Dunkin' Donuts. La Madeleine's Caesar is excellent, but not in Impastato's league.

I wanted a smoked turkey sandwich, so I defrosted a boneless turkey breast, threw it in a brine last night and tossed it on the pit this morning. Hated wasting all of that extra room on the pit, so I threw a few country style ribs and a couple of pork steaks on there. Had dressed smoked turkey subs with apple wood smoked bacon and Swiss cheese. Added some fries, slaw and a large glass of milk. Probably would have been easier just going to Subway! :)
