We did white beans and rice with warmed and buttered French bread.

These were previously cooked and thawed from the freezer but still pretty darn delicious.

Carnitas with mexican cheese blend and salsa verde. I don't have tortillas or shells and don't feel like going to the store so I'm eating on tostito chips.

Had some crab meat and crawfish tails left over from last nights meal so made some crab bisque. Kids wanted no part of that so I fried them up some French fries and crawfish tails.
