Chicken Tikka Masala
Basmati rice
Baingan Bharta
Pakal Paneer
Garlic Naan

Pinot Gris

All homemade except for the Palak Paneer which was from Trader Joes frozen case. It's easy and probably as good as I can make it myself.

I made a crawfish & pasta dish tonight for dinner. Also whipped up a batch of dinner rolls to enjoy with.

Served with Italian green beans as a side.

The recipe called for 1/4 cup of white wine. For the life of me I don't know what happened to the rest of the bottle.

I gave up trying to figure out how to upload pics. After I made it I realized I will do things different. First being I will increase the cream then reduce it by half. Then add butter until emulsified then green onions. The 3 recipes I was looking at that was posted on here should have just said make a modified bur blanc type sauce. That consistency is what I was looking for before pouring over the pasta. Added parmesan after. Family loved it.

Marbled ribeye rubbed with ghost pepper salt, garlic nuggets and a bit of paprika.

Green salad, with broadleaf parsley, sweet peppers and yellow baby tomatoes, in EVOO and lemon.

Ciabatta with garlic and a touch of rosemary.

Chateauneuf du Pape.
