Tonights WFDT thread is collectively the best of its kind of the year so far. Awesome looking pictures, someone made homemade indian food which I suck at, and MD is back.

Hacked up a loin for some steaks, smoked stuffed potato, and some steamed king crab (didn’t do enough butter so the wife got the lions share)

Steamed to al dente, coated in mixture of mayo, ground mustard, cayenne, paprika, s/p then coated in shredded cheddar and baked at 425 convection until browned. Similar to something my mom made growing up but spruced up a bit. Really delicious
