I stopped by Saia's this afternoon as I had a hankering for grilled chops.

Grilled chops
Couple of stuffed chicken breasts the better half wanted
Browned some Italian sausage and cooked down in green beans with soy, teriyaki, and garlic
Six links of Saia's sausage.... Can't remember the flavor but it smells good.
Big pot of Mac n cheese for the Rugrats

Water. I'm going dry for a bit as my speedo physique is suffering due to the COVID.

I made a pile of boudin in my boredom the other day. So in my boredom today I decided to stuff a pork loin with some of it. Saw some recipes calling for lining it with cream cheese first so went with that. It’s at 140 internal. Also did the same with some boneless thighs. Will see...

I wanted to try my hand at making risotto during this stay at home time, but the store was out of Arborio rice. This is from a packet, so it is not authentic, I guess. It doesn’t taste particularly special, but it is good. (Confession: I’ve never had risotto.)
