I am probably the only one not eating crawfish.

Yes that is my Easter smoked ham that is showing it’s face a little early.

Crawfish fettucine. My sauce is simmering away on the stove right now. I made Rice Krispie treats for dessert.

Ribeyes. Don't worry, the juice soaked right back up nicely.

That looks delicious! We won’t be having crawfish till tomorrow.

Smallest roast I’ve ever cooked (1.5 lbs), but pickings were slim earlier in the week when my husband shopped.

Roast, rice and gravy and black eyes. Pickled beets and chow-chow. I’m going to be so afraid to try on regular clothes after this.

Teriyaki chicken in the crock pot, served over steamed rice plus some sauteed veggies. I had no idea until recently that teryaki sauce was so easy to make.

Steak and tater. Out of the pack, after a 24 hour dry brine in the fridge, seasoned up, off the pit, on the plate and a look on the inside. :)
