Chili dogs. Sloppy eat with a fork chili dogs.
I went to the store today, too and restocked on dairy, so I was able to make ice cream. Tonight's ice cream is vanilla with a splash of dark rum and a handful of leftover candied pecans blended in.

I do love this fryer!
Too worn out from cleaning up after last night's weather so I didn't make any special sauces. Just had mine with cole slaw, black beans & rice and some fried potatoes I sliced up the other day.
