Used leftover boiled lobster to make lobster mac & cheese.

It was gooey, sweet, tangy and amazing.

Eatin' like it's Sunday on a Monday here.

Chicken fried steak, garlic mashed potatoes, deep fried fried onion strings, mixed greens or Italian green beans, biscuits and gravy for the CFS.

Needless to say, I'm stuffed!
