Rigatoni with a venison ragu. Big green salad on the side.

We had two brown bananas, so my wife baked some banana bread. The house smells fantastic now

Sometimes you get lucky. Dry brined in the fridge for around twelve hours, explains the deep red color.

I really want to downvote your "Downvote Jambalaya," not for the tomatoes, but for the lima beans.

If I do, someone will downvote me, so I will save us both the negativity

I made some teriyaki chicken tonight. That and some plain steamed white rice.

Later on, I'm gonna slice up a Cosmic Crisp apple and spread a little peanut butter on them for dessert.

Darla has a way with a pot and a camera. I'm convinced if she was eating Hot Pockets and took a picture, it would still look like the best thing ever.

What kind of fish is Dorado, anyway? It looks good.

This weekend, I tried the cheese pizza crust you posted a few weeks ago. The crust worked, but I piled too much on top. Think it's better with a simple more cheese topping and kept thin, maybe a margherita also.

That gravy looks very tasty.
