I found a gallon of chili in the freezer. I cook in the summer when I am off to leave myself surprises like this. It’s almost ready!

Some shaved deli turkey wrapped up in a slice of pepper jack with a squirt of mustard.
The bottom of the Pringles can. BBQ flavor.
Sometimes you just have to be a garbage person.
Vodka waters.

Cooked some steaks on the Blackstone griddle this evening.
Added a compound butter toward the end of the cook.
Served with green beans, baked potato and griddled onions.
Mmmmmm..........!!!!

I lived in Austin for 11 years, so Texas vodkas are my go-to when I can find them.
Tito's is most prevalent up here so that's generally what I drink, but I like Deep Eddy better so when I can find it, I buy it. Only the clear, though...I don't care much for the flavored varieties.
If I ever move back to the Austin area, Dripping Springs is at the top of my list, only behind New Braunfels. I miss Texas.

Look up Moberg Smokers. He’s building them in Dripping Springs and I’d like to have one.

The Hill Country is amazing. I love Fredericksburg! You can drink beer on the street there.

The wife made it home from the wedding. Said the gumbo was well received! ?? Fed her a steak. Think she’s happy. ??
