MD awhile back you were counting carbs if I remember. Now not so much?

In honor of the salmon snobs, I went to Sam’s today and bought a skinless filet of farm raised Atlantic salmon for $22.00.

Then I cut into large pieces, marinated one with a little soy sauce, walnut oil and orange zest for a couple hours then seared it high hot and fast and served medium rare over an Israeli cous cous with squash and asparagus in it.

And one of my kids just left to visit the new sit down fancy Sonic and hopefully will bring ice cream for dessert. And walked back in saying it’s not open yet. Scratch desert.
