Not sure what you mean. Meat is the hardest food to photograph and make look tasty.

I notice your smoke ring isnt showing up on one side. Did you have it in a pan for a period of time cooking?

I wish my brisket turned out that good. Really hadnt had much luck with it. I can do ribs, shoulders, and chicken all day with great result. Brisket has never worked well for me.

Lol they were not dry and I actually thought they were the best ribs I’ve cooked to date, not saying much though since I’ve only cooked them 4-5 times.

That picture is not the most flattering though, I agree
