It felt like it was going to be a breakfast kinda night so I
picked up a loaf of French bread and made Pain Perdu, cheese omelets, bacon and Little Sizzlers.


First two slices cooking.



This should be enough! Leftovers are always great for breakfast.... in the morning that is!



Time to eat!




My dad was the king of making pain perdu. This was so good I had to have more!

I’ve never had Calvin’s chicken salad. But, I used the recipe I found for it, minus the eggs. It’s good with a shot of Tabasco and some sliced pickle.
