Every year at Hogs for the Cause whatever tickets/money I have left over I try to find the best place to grab some ribs and bring them home. This year was Duece Pigalow. Some that I pulled out of the freezer, were still excellent.

I've posted this recipe before. The meatballs with veal, beef and pork are quite good.

I murderized some redfish this AM but now I'm to tired to cook them and my daughter has her band concert. We'll probably eat at the local Mexican Joint when this is done.

Yeah, I’d rather paper plates most of the time.

We had Huveos Rancheros. Some with black beans, some with refried beans, some with chorizo and some without. Everyone loved it!
I did make a lil hash browns for anyone that wanted a side.

The linked meatball recipe is pretty much the way I do it, except I add some chopped fresh parsley (or basil, or even chives) into the mix.

Supper was a random assortment of stuff: a few slices of fat pepperoni, sharp cheddar and a handful of triscuits, some frozen chicken/cilantro potstickers. Leftover bread pudding for dessert.

Wishing I had those huevos rancheros mentioned upthread.
