Actually I’m not sure exactly. The Mrs. made it. She makes a homemade meat sauces and uses a good bit of Ricotta cheese. It’s pretty damn good.

Have you done the one from Serious Eats? Really involved, but incredible. I think it had 2lbs of cheese.
