Oven roasted cauliflower rice. Maybe the best way I've done cauliflower rice. Roast, carrots, tomatoes.

Roasted onion and lentil soup, with a baked sweet potato on the side. Vegan night as an antidote to yesterday's Oktoberfest beer, sausages, and schnitzel.

Palace Cafe, bourbon house, redfish grill, or deanies in the quarter. Where should I go?

Got a pot of big of white limas on, bacon and ham in the pot, rice, grilled pork chops and garlic bread. Late start because of watching some disappointing football!!!

Watch this

Then, fold it over a bunch of boudin with some Swiss laid out. Top it with Hollandaise.

Eat it with a biscuit and a Bloody Mary.

My baby girl (10) told me and the wife she was taking care of supper, she was going to pick a recipe out of a cookbook that she bought at the bookfair. She ended up making us hamburger sliders with a pitcher of home made rootbeer and it was very good. She also made some vanilla pudding made from scratch for desert, we haven't tried that yet.

I bought me a head of cabbage this morning. Cabbage soup with smoked sausage, field peas, homeade chicken stock and whatnot FDT. Except when I got home I my head of cabbage had been converted into some bland salt less dietary ground turkey catastrophe. FML. Bout to skillet some burgers.
