Chicken and sausage gumbo, cooked in the big cast iron pot. All this rainy weather brought on the craving.
Made the chicken stock in the Instant Pot this morning. The real stock gave the gumbo that good silky feel.

Round steak, breaded and pan fried, then simmered in onion gravy, rice with that onion gravy, whole kernel corn, broccoli.
