Future brother in law had a birthday today so I did a 48 oz bone in ribeye sous vide at 130 then finished on the grill

He already ate half and the rest is in the fridge. That was an hour ago. Turned out perfectly. The rest of us ate prime NY strips I grilled.

Good. I've got half of a container of crabmeat left over. I don't want to freeze it. I've picked through and taken all the bits of shell out. Can I freeze it, or just put it in an ice bath for tomorrow morning?
