Fish tacos from last night's leftover catfish. Have been drinking since 3 so not getting too elaborate. Going to make some home made tartar sauce.

Today: Cold pasta and veggie salad (fake crab meat, cucumbers, romaine, rainbow pasta, sauteed mushrooms and sauteed red onions.

Yesterday's leftover: Beef tips over rice. Slow cooked with onions and mushrooms.

The day before's leftovers: Pasta and andouille sausage.

Before that: The dogs had it for their snacks. They said it was excellent.

Ribeye and either smashed potatoes or asparagus (the side will probably be determined by which is the least labor intensive)
