Yard bird and beef ribs from the grill, with grilled zucchini , cauliflower , and onion . Also had a bowl of butterbeans with minced onion, pepper sauce and some black pepper.

I have bolognese simmering and will have that with egg noodles, garlic bread and a sangiovese or nebbiolo TBD.

My large ribeye turned out more like prime rib. Served with baked potatoe with sour cream and cheese. It's good.

Had BBQ nachos as a midafternoon snack, so dinner is a bowl of buttered popcorn....popped on the stovetop in olive oil.

Sweet chili and mustard glazed salmon with roasted mushrooms. Came out really good.
