A whole box of Little Debbie raisin creme pies I had a craving, bet I don't eat more than 2-3.

Grilled deer cube steak, salad, and of course garlic bread.

Grilled some chicken thighs. Made new chicken salad for Lucy.

She also has one day old pasta with ground meat and the ever ready fresh corn bread.

Gave old dog the last of the shrimp etoufee.

Told him that dad was going to look for a new sibling Friday. He was not interested. Just wanted sugar cookies for desert.

Zach, I expressed my condolences for the loss of Bad Dog in last night's thread, but I think you were gone by then. So sorry for the loss. Was Bad Dog the one who was sickly or is that Good Dog?

Corn on the cob and tomatoes in some form for supper, but I haven't decided what's going with it or if anything's going with it, yet.

I saw where you lost one of your dogs. I am sorry. My old fiest is 11, and slowing WAY down. I dread the day he passes.

That is a good area of the state to hunt! I used to travel to hunt some, but now I hunt 2 miles from my house.

I like to halve them, sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, grated parm, top with shredded mozz and bake them. SOOOOO good with fresh garden maters, but I will do that with store bought ones also.

I like to bake tomatoes, also. I usually mix up some bread crumbs or panko with garlic, green onions, maybe some herbs, white pepper and parm or romano cheese, toss with olive oil or melted butter and bake.

With the really fresh homegrowns, I like to slice, salt and pepper and sprinkle green onions on top. And, in the privacy of my own home, the tomato juices on the plate when I'm done do not go to waste!

Atta girl!

I need to try some bread crumbs on them. I make my own with my food processor and stale French bread ends
