Boiling up a gallon bag of crawfish from my freezer. Going to be cold here tonight; put on a hoodie, drink some beers, eat some crawfish and listen to some tunes.

Sloppy Joes. First time I've made them in 6 months.
Lucy will also have choice of fresh chicken salad or leftover broccoli pasta.

Dogs had leftover chicken stew from 4 days ago. They said it was excellent.

I have 2 full gallon bags of crawfish I caught this summer in the creek behind my house. I had a good summer trapping them, so I had enough to freeze for later.

Is your hot and sour soup homemade? I've never made it myself, but love it.

I have done this before. They aren't as good as fresh, but not too shabby. I do the same with shrimp.

So tell me about your crawfish. Are you saying you freeze whole crawfish? Have they been blanched? Flash frozen?

Yes, they were blanced, bagged and frozen whole.

No-I couldn't make it any cheaper than to just go buy it from the local Chinese place.

I wonder if I would make it, would it freeze well?
