It is leftover from a big batch I made this weekend for a party. Had somebody ask if I had a card.

thanks Alma
the two ny strips turned out great, the two ribeyes were just alright. also added butter and parmesan to the crash hot potatoes after I initially found them too dry.
Haha must have been pretty fantastic. Where did you get the recipe?

TigerHam (does anyone just call you Ham?), you don't live too far away from me. Will you be a willing recipient of leftovers? My son is out of state 3 weeks out of the month and I have no one to over feed.

Three on my street! I'm getting worried!

I know what you mean. I live in an older neighborhood in a small town. I see a lot of nice older houses within a few blocks getting bought and rented out. I am going to move out in the county soon.
BTW I can email my address to UPS the leftovers to!

Maybe you should wait and see if TigerHam thinks it's food worth eating!

Yes, Darla, I go by Ham normally. I will gladly take any leftovers available. Between school 7-12 and work 1-10, good home cooking is hard to come by on a day to day basis.

It is my own, of course!
Jk. It is a prejean's recipe.

Cool, Ham. I didn't cook tonight, (larger amounts of cooking happen on weekends), but I will be getting in contact with you. I had some really good chili and soup that was looking for a home recently. I ended up giving some away and throwing some away. We are short on freezer space these days.
