Photo kinda sucks, but got a DIY kit from a local BR company. Panini is St. Bruno sourdough, pesto, tomato jam, and fresh mozzarella. Salad has granola, blueberries, and a Dijon vinaigrette.

Grilled some pounded marinated chicken for lunch tomorrow. My latest obsession. Pounding it thin and marinating 24hr is a game changer.

Skipped dinner as usual, but a friend of mine stopped by and we had several beers while catching up in the driveway.
Once the wife and children were off to bed, I snuck into the kitchen with a sweet tooth.
And that’s when I made a Cinnamon Toast Crunch quesadilla with peanut butter and honey drizzled on top. Am I proud? No, not at all. Was it delicious? Absolutely.
