Leftover mortadella sandwich from last night and veggies.

I caramelized some leeks and then pan seared and steamed some broccolini and asparagus. Topped the broc/asparagus with the leeks, sea salt, fresh shaved parm, aged balsamic, and roasted sesame seed.

You're so bougie, LL...J/K, that looks delicious!

We are heading to India soon, for 2 weeks, and while we LOVE Indian food, the fear of Delhi belly is making us both a little apprehensive. No potable water and you need to make sure everything is cooked i.e. no raw fruits or veggies that have been "washed". Watch out for Typhoid. Went to our GP and got lots of stuff for potential (70% likely) stomach issues. Wish us luck and please keep posting pics, they are enjoyed!

Kept it simple this evening with breakfast sandwiches.

Canadian bacon , egg and cheese on warm croissants.

I had two, one with a lil grape jelly and one without. Mmmmm......

Threw some boneless, skinless thighs on the pit and made sandwiches, had oven fries to go with them. :)

That place is a shite hole. Hey let’s go somewhere for two weeks where we have to worry about shitting ourselves to death.
Enjoy.
