Ate at the In-Law, my FIL made a damn strong seafood gumbo. One of his best ever.

Made a huge meatloaf, half with a glaze, half without because evidently we can’t get along. Masked potatoes, gravy, green bean, green peas (I didn’t have any), slaw and rolls. My bartender had a better offer. :)

Made chicken parm using an oven recipe. I will be pan frying my chicken like normal next time. It was ok but the original way was superior.

I don't blame you. My wife makes one hell of a meatloaf and pairs it with mashed potatoes and green peas. I hate green peas. They are gross.
Thankfully she always makes me lima beans or black eye peas to substitute that other crap.
