The wife calls this zucchini ratatouille. Has zucchini and squash with rice, ground Italian sausage and diced tomatoes. One of my favorites that she does.

We picked up some Tex-Mex and just got a bunch of stuff to split:
Queso with ground beef and pico de gallo
Quesabirria tacos
Carne Asada tacos
Steak Quesadilla
Everything I tried was great but the birria tacos were the star. I could taste the subtle cinnamon in the dipping gravy which I loved.

Pizza with a peel failure. I had pretty much given up with using a peel to transfer to the stone and gone to making the pizza on parchment. Today I decided to try the peel once again and ended up with a mess, but it tasted good.

I struggle with this too. MY pizza always ends up looking like an amoeba.
