Lime Cheesecake fluff
The wife makes it. She says to tell no one else the recipe. Must be her and your secret.
2 - 8 oz Cream Cheese blocks brought to room temperature overnight.
Add heavy cream (half cup? more or less) while stirring with mixer to adjust thickness to soft creamy yogurt or sour cream state.
Stir in lime juice with mixer until you like the taste (1/4 cup).
Mix in 1 container of sugar free cool whip, 1/4 cup Splenda, and 1 zest of 1 lime, or 1-2 drops lime oil.
Chill for a while. Should look like the photo.
Top with almond slithers, candied with splenda.
I took good notes as she rattled off her self developed recipe. Good luck.

Bow tie pasta with Trader Joes sauce. This sauce was like spaghetti sauce with chili powder in it.

That deserves a picture. You got me with the oxtails.

use plenty of flour on peel and angle board at like 15 degrees and use short strokes to get it off cleanly
