Oven fried Mexican squash with parmesan, olive oil and spices

Salmon tacos with a ginger mayo, pickled jalapenos n carrots and mint, basil and lettuce from the garden.

Freezer defrosting night. Simmered pork chops I made god knows when, leftover pork braising liquid from back when I made braised pork ravioli, and white beans with thanksgiving ham.

Also air fried some asparagus and sautéed some veggies with pad thai sauce.

Finished off the three baby backs I had from the weekend. And sautéed a bucket of baby spinach which ended up being like four bites.
