Cajun Cheeseburgers. They're like regular cheeseburgers except with some Tony's.

Finally cranked up the grill we bought when we moved into the house last year so I’ve been grilling eve-ry-thang this week
Pre-weekend fridge clean out found bell peppers, pineapple, and red onions so I defrosted some chicken thighs and used a teriyaki glaze. Tasty if I do say so myself.

Sounds delish!
Calves liver and onions, not for everyone, but works for me. And roasted cauliflower.

Looks great— never had it but I think I would like that. I wouldn’t begin to know how to prepare it!

Funny timing. Had some liver and onions at S&S Cafeteria yesterday. So so good. Has been many year since I had that dish.
Yours looks way better than mine.

Took longer to cook the onions than the liver! A couple of minutes on each side in a skillet. I cooked it in butter because I used the same skillet I’d sautéed the onions in.

Not sure where you live, but I buy it at Rouses.

Darla, did you use any four when you sautéed the liver?

Until I found it at Rouses, I only ate it when I could find it either at plate lunch places or cafeteria style restaurants.
Yours looks good!
ETA: I didn’t use flour, although on the package it suggests you do. It’s pretty tasty without.
