Did some KC strips in my granddad’s cast iron that is probably 70+ years old. Pretty tasty along with sautéed spinach and augratin potatoes

Cooked my wife a ribeye for Valentines. Gave her a sleeve of a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for putting up with me. :)

Looks great unc.

What are your temps on that direct smoke?

Like I've told you, I pretty much cook all seafood indirectly on a cedar plank.

ETA: better question is what are your temps and cooking times on direct heat/smoke for salmon and crab cakes?
