We had breakfast sandwiches of bacon, ham or sausage , egg and cheese biscuits with cheesy grits on the side.

I went with a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit.



Very filling! I substituted some of the all purpose flour with bread flour to make it more stable for sandwiches.

Easy Thursday night supper, pork chops on the grill, stove top dressing, pork gravy and slaw. :)
