Meridain that looks Epic !!

Pan toasted ham and cheese with sliced serrano peppers.

Screwed up and rubbed my eye after handling the serrano.

This time I did about 2-3min a side with it frozen. I cut them too thin so they cook too fast. Next time I get a roast (if there is one) I’ll opt for thicker and cut the steak in half to split with the wife. Same amount of food just different shape.

Smoked pork loin injected with Tony Chachere's garlic and herb butter and rubbed with deez nuts. I saved a little of the injection to baste during the cook. I smoked it with hickory and pecan. It was really good.
