Smoked shrimp & pork belly with grilled avocado (under the egg) and sunny side up egg salad. Dressed with crème fresh and a reduced honey bourbon balsamic vinegar

I cooked a pot of red beans yesterday so red beans and rice.
I made a small batch of drop biscuits that turned out like crap. Had a cold Strawgator while doing that.
Went outside to grill some green onion sausage and had another cold beer to stay hydrated in this crazy heat. A Strawberry Lager this time.
Time to eat! Like I said those drop biscuits came out inedible so luckily I had some canned biscuits I tossed in the oven in time to eat.
Had a whole pickled jalapeno and a few pickled quail eggs on the side also.
