My daughter made these Asian pickled cucumbers that were damn good. So I stepped it up, added pickled red onion, served over ramen noodles, and stir fry chicken.

Here’s the recipe:
English cucumbers, sliced super thin
Red onion, sliced thin
White rice wine vinegar
Sesame oil
Red chili flakes in chili oil
Soy sauce
Lemon juice
Finely chopped garlic (or jarlic)
Accent seasoning (or some kind of Asian seasoning)
I don’t have any measurement, just eyeball it. You need a lot of the vinegar.

Yup. That’s where she got it, and it’s amazing!!!
