This evening I whipped up a Honey Butter Garlic Chicken dish.

Also battered and deep fried broccoli florets served with a Copeland's style Tiger sauce.

Ordered in from our favorite pizza place.

Steak & Bleu pizza...bleu cheese sauce, cheese blend, caramalized onions, roasted red peppers, thinly-shaved ribeye.

Sides of fried mushrooms and onion rings.

Vodka waters.

Broiled (ran out of propane while grilling vegs for the orzo) boneless thighs with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings. Topped with pesto after cooking.

Orzo with grilled artichokes, green olives, sliced shallots and tomatoes. Pesto, lemon juice, olive oil and crumbled feta added, everything mixed.

Yellow and zucchini squash with onion sautéed with tarragon

Sauvignon Blanc

I would love this. A steak with blue cheese on it (or a salad with both) is one of my favorite things.

It's new to their menu so it was the first time we've ordered it. It's so good! White pizzas aren't usually my thing but it just sounded awesome. It didn't disappoint.

My only complaint is that I would like even more blue cheese flavor (I really love it), so next time I will add crumbles.

Ragu over penne for me. Made an Alfredo sauce with some of the chuck added for the tomato allergic one.

I reverse seared a bone in ribeye. Also an old school (pre spring mix fancy salad days for me at least) salad of iceberg lettuce and ranch.
