Didn’t want it, but had to eat it before it went bad. Salmon and asparagus. Was craving a steak but hate to throw away a nice piece of fish just cause I wasn’t feeling it.

A single-serve Rao's lasagna that was pretty terrible and a side salad.

Looks excellent, as usual.

I made some Salt and Pepper Pork Chops following this YouTube Video and they came out really good. I also did some Chicken Fried Rice and Hibachi Vegtables on the Blackstone Griddle.

Yep - I thought it would be great because I like their sauce, but it was pretty underwhelming. The slice was incredibly small and only 2 layers.

Friend,
Are you on the Upper East Side right now? I’ve only eaten at Rao’s once, a benefit of being with Grandfather who had a friend who lives there and let us have his table. The experience was fun, even if the food was barely above average for Italian fare. I hope you enjoy it! Some say it’s a once in a lifetime experience, although I argue that Impastato’s is significantly better.
I had grilled salmon with jumbo lump crab in a butter sauce. It was okay.
