Apologies for such a late announcement, but our Crab Challenge Champion is No8Easy2!

In second place is RonFNSwanson

Third goes to holygrale

Fourth is Darla Hood

Submission Thread

There were no bad dishes and every entry received votes. I hope the first timers enjoyed the challenge and the experienced challengers had fun, too.

Thanks to participants, voters, and viewers. It was an exciting round.

No8Easy2, what is our next challenge ingredient?

After going through the submission thread, there were quite a few stellar entries and some damn fine cooking among all you entering dishes.

I would have loved to eat alongside each of you on this challenge. Damn you all are some talented cooks.

I haven’t been following these really, but seeing the crab thread now it looks like these are filled with good recipes. Will need to sort through these and try some of them

Right on! I really made more of a salmon dish than crab dish, but it was damn good.

And would it make much of a difference if you used a fish other than salmon? Red Fish, Red Snapper, Ling?

Thank you! I'm gonna prepare it on Sunday with a salmon slab, a mahi mahi and a red snapper one too.

Don't think that way! Its really not about winning and lots of folks like to see varying recipes to try. The challenge is also a source for folks who want to try new things. It doesn't have to be complicated to be good. My dish was pretty darn simple, but very tasty and I even got some votes to my surprise.

I feel the same way. I am 100% an amateur and use this as a good reason to try different things or step outside the routine recipes.
